When I first spoke with Crystell about the process I can remember her telling me “this is going to go fast, are you ready?” When she tell you that please listen. This young lady has taken me on the most exciting journey of this process, she was honest, she worked hard for me it was like she was searching for her forever home and that meant a lot to me.
