Crystell was everything you could ask of a realtor and he more. She sold my home in less than an hour of listing over the asking price with no closing cost. One of my biggest concerns was finding a new home in a certain area. I knew where I wanted to live and was stuck on one zip code which was a area that is hot right now. One important thing I can say is TRUST your realtor especially if your working with Crystell. That’s one thing she mentioned day one and that’s you have to trust me or we will not be a great fit. I did just that. She originally told me that working with an out of state lender may be an issue but since I was already pre approved, I tried putting an offer on 2 homes and both failed. I finally said let’s switch and that’s when she introduced me to Tamara who was a prefect match. They both spoke life into this home buying process and motivated me. The first house we put an offer on with Tamara as the loan officer we won. Both of these ladies have favor all over them and are a great team. I closed on my new home in less than 30 days. Last but not least Crystell sent me homes every time one popped up in the area of my choice. Pictures can be deceiving so go look at the home that she send you in person.

I have been working with Crystell for years. I started in her credit program and shortly after, I was listing my first home on the market. I asked Crystell to give me a year until I am ready to look again. This past December, Crystell sent me a link to apply for credit. I was approved within 30 minutes. I started looking for houses after the holidays(January 1) She asked what areas, style, etc. I was looking for. It took me 2 days to say yes to my new address. Crystell was amazing! I had a not pleasant experience with my previous realtor and Crystell came in and redeemed my home buying and selling experience. She got 10+ offers on my home and my home was only on the market for 4 days. She kept me informed throughout the whole process.
