The best choice we made in our house buying process was using Crystell as our realtor. We texted her about a home we seen and within 30 minutes we were viewing it and within 24hrs she negotiated us the best deal and we were under contract. She was always available, day or night for any questions we may have had. We experience challenges while in underwriting due to Covid19 pandemic and were at risk of losing our dream home but her professionalism and expertise is what made it possible for my family to close the deal on our home. Crystell is Amazing at what she does! I first ran across her facebook page last year and I started following her page. I watched her post about her recent sales and working with potential clients. I was impressed about the information she knew about real estate and how she handled her clients and herself. Earlier this year, we were finally ready to start the home buying process and I knew without a doubt I wanted Crystell to be our Realtor. Our journey to find the right home wasn't easy, we had a couple of bumps, hiccups and a few blocks to say the least. But she made sure we never gave up.
