Where do I start….from the very beginning, I knew I wanted to go with Crystell as my realtor. I follow her on all social media networks and from what I saw, she handled her business and was on top of everything! Crystell is the most amazing human being I’ve met. But it’s not just her. Her entire team was and is

amazing. They took care of my wife and I every step of the way. Unfortunately, during the home

buying process I had some health issues. Crystell called and texted me and even stayed on the

phone with me once. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in every

I had the opportunity to work with Crystell as a buyer and seller! She is extremely knowledgeable

of the market & different finance options. I received multiple offers in days as a seller. Although I

sold my home before buying a new property (my personal choice) I trusted Crystell. She made

sure I had a plan A,B C, & D! She was able to find more than what I originally desired, while staying

within my budget. She was extremely patient when I couldn't decide on the location and actually

listened to my needs. When I finally did decide, she was relentless! With multiple offers on the

Where do I start? I want to thank Crystell and her entire team at HHRG, they made my home buying process seamless! As a first time buyer they made my entire experience PERFECT! They went above and beyond to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied and understood the process. Now let’s talk about her negotiating skills, I completed a tour of the potential home and told her this is the house I want.
