I first started my home buying journey 05/22/2021 through NACA with the Homebuyers Workshop. I wasn’t qualified until 04/12/2022. I was then matched with a realtor that gave me no hope in regards to the Memphis market. He was very nice, but unresponsive when I found houses online I liked and wanted to see. He was very responsive when it came to a house he thought was right for me and my sons. I was just about to put a pause on house hunting, when I decided to contact Crystell.

I just didn’t know if the traditional home buying route was for me, but decided to step out on faith. I withdrew from NACA’s program and began working with her 07/15/2022. I did my loan application 07/16 and have closed on my first home TODAY (08/30/2022)! She was there for me through my questions, worries, and trials! She is the most professional and genuine person! She has been only a phone/text away. Very responsive!!

There were houses that just weren’t for my family and the first one I loved, didn’t accept our offer. However, she had no worries and didn’t try to push me into a home that wasn’t right for my family. She instead helped me break generational curses! Everything she touches win!
