Today was an emotional rollercoaster - Wheww! We laughed and cried in closing today but signed

those papers at the end of the day LOL!

This was bittersweet for me - this has been a JOURNEY… God meant for this journey to be for

myself, Kamryn and Kennedi … he re directed my path several times during the process…

Now, Let's talk about favor! In December, I went under contract. We did all of our due diligence, and we were at the closing table the day of closing. But prior to that, during our final walk-through, we discovered that the tenant was not out of the home. Sitting at closing table, distraught and heartbroken - I still signed my documents, but never was able to retrieve the keys to my “new home”. Crystell negotiated during that deal and got me plenty of coins for my inconvenience and hassle.

Back to the drawing board, I felt defeated and was close to given up again… woke up in the wee hours of the night and got on realtor.com and found a home that fit all of my criteria. I texted Crystell Harris and told her I was interested- her response was “let’s goooo” I was able to view the home within 24 hours, offer was accepted within 72 hours 🙌🏾🙌🏾

Fast forward to today, I was able to find a home that is more spacious, better layout, and more accommodating to my needs and wants. The seller provided a new roof and a lot of other new renovations done to the home at no cost. I am extremely satisfied with outcome of this transaction .

Needless to say, we are here today extremely excited about the closing on my new home, I am happy that Crystell provided reassurance and motivation during the entire process. Homeownership has always been a dream/ goal of mine and I’m sooooo proud of myself 🥹

A special thank you to my parents for assisting me in this process, my children for their unwavering support and checking realtor.com all day with me LOL, my friends and family that genuinely supported and my my realtor - another shout out to Sara Wong and Ansley for making sure we made us a closing and a huge shout out to Pam and her #CloseWithPam Team although we had to reschedule the closing, they were very accommodating and here we are!!
