Buyer’s Agency Agreement

In accordance with the new law, licensed realtors are required to have a signed buyer’s agency agreement before showing homes to potential buyers. This agreement formalizes the relationship between the buyer and the realtor, ensuring that the realtor acts in the buyer’s best interests. The law aims to protect both parties by clearly outlining the duties and responsibilities of the realtor, as well as the rights of the buyer.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that the realtor will represent you during the home-buying process, provide professional advice, and negotiate on your behalf. It’s an important step to ensure that you receive the best possible service and support while looking for a new home. Please let us know if you have any questions or need further clarification on the agreement.
