I originally reached out to a friend to start our home buying process, little did I know we were entering the Lion's Den!! This was definitely a Sellers Market with no limits or sympathy for a Buyer. We were on a string like a puppet. We looked at so many properties and submitted numerous offers to no avail. I felt like I was the realtor....I made a decision to try another friend....I felt like we weren't winning any offers because there was no aggressiveness or unwavering mentality while the process was being handled to get what we wanted. I don't like to sit around and wait, I like to be in the thick of it and help make it happen. I had been admiring her from a far after my daughter mentioned her to me. I was like yes, I love it, this is what we need. It took a minute before I decided that this was for me and my family and I shouldn't feel bad I had to move on again. I felt some kind of way seeing her post all her clients that were getting their homes. I was legitimately jealous....LOL We had been looking for a home for over a year and a half. I was at my wit's end when I built up the nerves to go ahead and reach out to Crystell. She was ready to rock and roll!! She said give me three weeks.... I heard it in her voice and knew she was going to do absolutely, positively, whatever it took to make it happen, which I have that same mentality. I just felt relief and stress rolling off!! I love making others happy and helping and I felt like she would deliver just like I do. Her Team is just as awesome and patient. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate all the ingredients for success!! She is a pitbull in lipstick....I told her she is Nino Brown out here in these Realtor Streets!!! LOL...
